Versona is seeking an experienced Senior Planner.  This position is responsible for working with merchandising staff to develop, execute and communicate strategic merchandise financial plans and strategies that support the merchandising, and financial objectives of a division; analyzing historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities; monitoring and evaluating Open-to-Buy weekly; preparing reports and actionable business analysis as needed.

Requirements include 5 years experience in merchandise planning and allocation; technical knowledge in systems including JDA Planning and Excel; strong analytical skills; and attention to detail. Prior experience in a specialty retail organization along with excellent managerial/leadership skills.
