Cato is seeking a full-time Call Center Representative. Under the direct supervision of the Credit Compliance and Operations Manager, this position is responsible for servicing all aspects of the Cato Credit Card and eCommerce orders. Representatives respond to consumer and store inquiries regarding the Cato Credit Card accounts and Online orders performing specific duties as requested. Representatives are trained to understand and adhere to all Cedar Hill National Bank (CHNB) policies and procedures and all regulations concerning Cato Credit Card accounts. Qualified candidates should have previous telephone and retail experience. Current hours of operation are: Sunday (12pm-7pm) and Monday-Saturday (8am-9pm).
