Design, test and train merchandising systems and maintain a detailed knowledge of end-to-end business functions, processes and controls. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain understanding of all merchandise-related system workflows, functions, processes and business needs to supply quality support and solutions Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to gather business requirements Deliver precise functional specifications to Technology partners based off business requirements and use cases Partner with Technology team to develop business functionality Work with Technology team to communicate, verify and test functionality changes Work with business teams to demonstrate the changes to the systems to ensure all relevant business needs are addressed Develop training materials and provide system and process training Manage multiple competing priorities through effective communication and organizational agility Recommend and institute best practices and new functionality to streamline processes Coordinate and implement business resolutions Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: Bachelor degree required.
