ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for keying invoices in on-line Accounts payable system and mailing checks on a timely basis. Assure proper approval of invoices and that all discounts and terms are taken where applicable. Respond to all personnel and vendor inquiries on a timely basis. Scan all keyed invoices into Docuware. Assist other Accounts Payable staff as necessary. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist Accounts Payable Merchandise and Expense personnel as necessary and fill in during absences. Open and distribute mail to appropriate Accounts Payable staff on a daily basis on a weekly rotating basis. Assist with various special projects as specified by Accounts Payable Supervisor. Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
