Cato is seeking an experienced Trainer or Teacher to join its Merchandise Information Office. After learning the systems, your responsibilities would include: Training Training and Development of Allocation teams in both system functions and understanding math calculations. Conduct advanced training to improve analytical skills to assess the quality of allocations, identify store needs and opportunity buys. Development of all training materials Develop, maintain and ensure compliance to the Allocation training programs Researches and/or answers Tier 2 level questions and issues Validation of new system calculations Communication to the business group regarding new system functionality Maintain system security Review and enhance monthly allocation strategies for all divisions Supports issue resolution to ensure non-interrupted flow of product through the Distribution System This exciting position would also learn and train RMS, BI Publisher and our Product Development system Conduct New hire training for merchandising and product development Researches and/or answers Tier 2 level questions and issues Qualification: At least 2 years of training or teaching and documentation experience Bachelor degree in Education, Math, Science or Business preferred.
